Barre is a low impact but high intensity class that focuses on muscular endurance which will challenge your core, arms, glutes, thighs and abdominals. Using your body weight and some small resistance based props such as balls, bands and light weights to sculpt and tone your body. You will leave feeling strong, lean and energised. Yin Restorative and Sound Bath class offers the ultimate holistic and deeply relaxing experience! Slow, supported yoga poses are typically held for 3 to 5 minutes which allows for deeper stretches to increase flexibility, enhances circulation, improves joint mobility, and promotes inner calm. A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves; the soothing sound vibrations promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.
