Do I need to be a member?

To gain full access to our clubs, you must be a member. However our wellness treatments are open to public bookings.

What should I wear to your club?

We recommend wearing gym kit and trainers - a shower towel and face sweat towels will always be provided.

 

Are robes provided in the Wellness Suite?

Yes, we provide our members with luxurious robes during any and all treatments that take place within the Wellness Suite.

Do you have locker rooms?

Our luxury changing rooms include private lockers, pristine showers and state-of-the-art washing facilities.

 

How do your memberships work?

We offer different types of memberships all offering various levels of access to our clubs. Browse our Lunar Cycles - named after the moon’s journey in moving tides, our exclusive wellness memberships have been created to meet you where you are in your own wellness journey.

 

Can we switch or upgrade our membership before the contract is up?

Upgrades are only available from the Full Access Membership to either Lunar Cycle 1 or Lunar Cycle 2.

 

My friends and I want to go together. Do we all need to be members to take a class?

We always welcome new members and offer daily guest passes at £50 per guest.

 

Do you offer corporate memberships?

What if I’m just starting my wellness journey?

What are the heaviest dumbbells at your club?

The heaviest dumbbells at our clubs weigh 40kg. All of our equipment is top-notch and created by Technogym.

 

What is your class cancellation policy?

We allow free class cancellations for up to 12 hours before start time. If someone does not show up for 3 consecutive classes, the app will not allow the person to book another group class for one week.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards for all wellness treatments. They are available physically in the club, or you can also reach out to us directly at [email protected]

 

What features do you have in your changing room?

Boasting private lockers, pristine showers, and state-of-the-art washing facilities, step inside and prepare to be captivated by the exquisite addition of Far Infrared Saunas, exclusively available to our cherished full-access private members.

Do you have parking?

Yes we do. Park your car at our gated members-only car park. Located in prime Marlow, our exclusive car park has the capacity to house 155 cars per day. Simply use our Members App to reserve your space for 2 hours at a time.
